PT. Pugajinou was
established in Banda Aceh, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam by notary act on 27
December 2005, and in accordance with Indonesian law and regulations.
Director of PT. Pugajinou is Ms. Farwiza Farhan (with expertise in environment and marine resources);
commissionaire is Ms. Ferry Soraya, M.Sc. (with expertise in Industrial
Engineering). Its branch office in Jakarta with the legal name PT.
Pugajinou Cabang Jakarta was established in 2009
(Director: Ms. Dina Oriza),
and it has now set up a new division with the name PT. Pugajinou (International
Consultants) or simply PJI. The Jakarta branch office has obtained all
required administrative and legal documents such as tax registration (NPWP),
and operational permits. Furthermore, PJI is officially registered with
the Asian Development Bank as a consulting entity (CMS number: 008261).
