PT. Pugajinou is a limited company legally
registered under Indonesian law in Banda Aceh, province of Nanggroe Aceh
Darussalam, with act of establishment No. 21 of 27 December 2005 and No.
16 of 14 February 2007, and legalized by Decree No. C-24117 HT 01.01.TII
of 16 August 2006 issued by the Minister of Law and Human Rights. Director of PT. Pugajinou is Ms. Farwiza Farhan (with expertise in environment and marine resources);
commissionaire is Ms. Ferry Soraya, M.Sc. (with expertise in industrial
engineering). Its branch office in Jakarta with the legal name PT.
Pugajinou Cabang Jakarta was established by notary act No. 1 of 3
December 2009
(Director: Ms. Dina Oriza),
and it has now set up a new division with the name PT. Pugajinou (International
Consultants) or simply Pugajinou. The Jakarta branch office has obtained all
required administrative and legal documents such as tax registration (NPWP),
and operational permits. Furthermore, PJI is officially registered with
the Asian Development Bank as a consulting entity (CMS number: 008261).
